Ingredients:  
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs olive oil
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 can chicken or vegetable broth
3 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
1 10oz package frozen cheese tortellini
salt & pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic, onion and pepper in oil until soft. Add broth and tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes. Bring to a boil, add frozen tortellini and cook until tortellini float to surface (tortellini float to surface of pot when cooked). Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
