2-3 pounds tri-tip steaks
1 cup Italian parsley
1 cup fresh cilantro (or oregano)
1/2 cup good olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until well blended. Rub steaks with a dry rub of: 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. coriander and 1 tsp. sugar. Grill 4-5 min. per side over med-hot coals for med-rare. Serve with sauce on side :)
