1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. of taco mix
salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced black olives
sour cream (no fat or light okay)
shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning according to pkg. instructions. Layer hamburger in bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Add one layer of salsa, one layer of cheese, one layer of sliced black olives. Bake at 350º until warm and bubbly. Take out of oven and add a layer of sour cream and a layer of shredded lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips (Scoops work best).

We're starting another generation of favorites in our family. Christian always asks for taco dip on our "snack night" at the lake. It goes so fast I now make a double batch and use a 9 X 13 pan. I also make the taco hamburger ahead of time and freeze until ready to make the dish up.
