1 lb. lean Ground Beef
1/4 lb. Bacon, chopped
1/2 C. Onions, finely chopped
28 oz. can Baked Beans
16 oz. can Chili Hot Beans
15 oz. can Lima Beans, drained
1/2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 C. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt

Preheat oven to 325º.
Brown ground beef, bacon and onions together in a large skillet, drain off grease. In a 2 qt. casserole combine the baked beans, chili beans and lima beans together. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard, vinegar and salt until well mixed. Add hamburger mixture and stir until well mixed.
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.

Ah, the magical fruit! Good as a Hot Dish or a Side Dish. You can use Butter Beans, Black Beans or Kidney Beans in place of the Chili Hot Beans or Lima Beans if you prefer.
