6 Center-Cut Pork Chops
1/2 C. Water
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
2 C. soft Bread Cubes
1-1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. ground Sage
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1/4 tsp.ground Black Pepper
10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown the chops on both sides in a skillet. Place chops in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Add water, cover tightly with tin foil. Bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, melt butter in the skillet and saute celery and onion until soft. Add bread cubes and seasonings; toss together. Mix in cream soup and toss to combine.
Remove the tin foil from the pork chops and spoon the dressing mixture over the top of the pork chops, spreading evenly. Return pan to oven, uncovered; for an additional 30 minutes
