2 to 4 salmon pieces
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary or ½ tsp of dried rosemary.
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt

Mix the ingredients and pour over salmon. Make sure all pieces of salmon are coated. Cover. Marinate salmon fillets for at least 20 minutes. Put on foil lined baking sheet, skin side down. Bake in 400º F oven for about 20 minutes. Remove with spatula leaving skin attached to foil.

Foil is great to use whenever you are cooking fish or another kind of meat that tends to stick to the pan. It can take longer to clean a dish that had fish cooking in it than it took to prepare and consume it!
