3 lbs.Beef roast or dark turkey
1lg. onion
3 cups celery
15oz can of tomato sauce
1 cup of pearl barley
salt and balk. pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat in enough water to over cover by 2 ins. cook till done. take out of broth, Tear in to pieces, add back to broth. Add barley, cook till tender. then add chopped onions and chopped celery. cook till tender, add small amount of potatoes if wanted with other veggies. add tomato sauce, simmer, 10 mi.
