1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. parsley
2 T. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 T. dried mint flakes
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 lbs. venison (cubed, strips or steaks)

Combine all ingredients except venison. Pour over venison. Marinate overnight. Grill, broil or fry.

I wasn't that wild about ANY of the venison from Joe's 2011 hunting trip that I prepared UNTIL I tried this marinade. It removes ALL that gamey taste out of the venison.
