2 lb. lean Beef Stew Meat
1/2 C. Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 bottle of your favorite Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef and onions in a Dutch oven. Sprinkle with garlic powder and soy sauce. Bake covered at 250º for 2-3 hours, stirring often. Add water if meat appears dry. Cook until meat is tender and can be shredded with 2 forks.
Shred beef. Stir in 3/4 of the bottle of barbecue sauce; add more sauce as desired. Return to oven, covered for 1 hour. Serve on buns.
