3 C. Powdered Sugar
7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
14 oz. bag Caramels, unwrapped
3 Tbsp. Water
1-1/2 C. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine sugar, marshmallow creme and vanilla; knead until smooth (mixture will be dry). Shape into six-4-1/2" x 1-1/4 " logs. Chill overnight.
In the top of a double boiler over boiling water, cook and stir caramels and water until caramels have melted and mixture is smooth.
Spread pecans in a single layer on waxed paper, set aside.
Dip chilled logs into caramel and roll in pecans. Chill for 2 hours.
When ready to serve, slice into 1/3-inch slices.
