6-8 fresh Georgia peaches
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
12 ounce can Apricot Nectar
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel peaches. Mix evaporated milk and apricot nectar and sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Crush peaches with your hands so they are mashed up and not whole anymore. Churn in your hand cranked ice cream freezer or use your electric ice cream maker to churn until frozen. Makes 1/2 gallon of ice cream.
