Ingredients:  
1 can Chedder Cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 chicken cooked, boned and cubed (may just use breast)
1 medium onion diced
10 oz package frozen green peas
3 carrots chopped and cooked ( i dice them and dont cook them)
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Pillsbury deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan heat up soups and milk...stir until smooth.
Stir in chicken, onion, peas, carrots, salt and pepper.
Cook the mixture until it boils...remove from heat
preheat oven 350.
Pour into casserole dish (13x9x2) lined with pie crust.
Cover with second pie crust and
brush with butter

Bake for 45 min. or until crust is brown.
