Crust : Pillsbury pie crust

Filling:
8 large eggs beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup or 1 small onion chopped fine
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach ( drained well )
1/2 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream

Directions:
Directions:
1 Spay cooking spray in a pie plate
2. lay pie crust into pie plate and bake for 5 minutes
(making sure crust is tucked into pie plate as you would do for a pie )
3. While crust is cooking,mix all other ingredients together in bowl
4. Pour mixture into crust and Bake until eggs look
cooked. or until tooth pick comes out clean
.
