3 c. sugar
1 c. Milnot
1/3 c. margarine
pinch salt
1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
1 (7oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. maple flavor (or vanilla or rum)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, Milnot, margarine and salt in pan. Cook slowly until it curdles. Then bring to a full boil and cook for 8 minutes. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave, being careful not to burn. Mix first mixture and chocolate. Stir. Mix in marshmallow fluff, nuts and flavoring. Beat until smooth. Pour into a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Let set overnight, then cut.
