1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
12 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
4 1/2 c. milk
3 - 3 1/4 oz. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Boil together water and butter. Add flour and stir. Cool slightly, add eggs one at a time. Stir until mixed well. Place on a 9x13" cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 400º. For the filling, mix cream cheese and milk with a mixer. Add pudding and blend then refrigerate until set. Spread pudding on top of crust and refrigerate one more hour. Top with Cool Whip.
