1 1/2 cups chopped beet leaves
1 1/2 cups chopped green onion
4 TBSP margarine
1 cup rice
Dill
cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute until onion is soft. Cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups of water. Mix all together in roaster. Add Dill, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup cream. Cook at 350º for 1/2 hr.
