2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chopped onion
2 6 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 12 oz can tomato paste
1 cup red wine (or more...)
Garlic Salt to taste
Italian Seasonings to taste
Crushed Red Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with garlic and onion in large pot.
Drain grease.
Add sauce and paste.
Add red wine until you reach desired consistency.
Add all seasonings.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over pasta!

The reason I call this "cowboy" is because I had to adjust Mom's recipe and add more meat and wine for Kanyon! Pretty foolproof recipe!
