4 baking potatos
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp bacon bits
2 c. cheddar cheese divided
1 clove garlic crushed
heavy cream or whole milk
dash onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatos and remove from skin. Leave enough potato so the skins will hold up. Mix potato, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and bacon. Melt butter in saucepan with garlic. Discard the garlic clove and add butter to the potato mixture. Add enough milk or cream to moisten potatos. Add onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop potato mixture back into skins and bake for 15-20 min. at 350. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
