4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 small bottle lemon flavoring
3/4 c butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil (approximately)
4 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
4 large eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Measure butter, then add oil, a little at a time to total one cup. Add sugar, flavorings, baking powder and then eggs one at a time. Slowly add flour. The dough should be thick. Continue to mix until it rolls up into a ball. Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake in 350º oven for 12-15 minutes. Frost with thick confectionary sugar frosting flavored with lemon.
