1 3/4 Cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder.
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 Cup cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 Cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup water
1 Cup strong coffee(2 teaspoons coffee dissolved in 1 Cup of boiling water)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
