Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
15 oz. can tomato sauce, divided use
2 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. dried minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
Remaining tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
¼ c. brown sugar
¼ c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat loaf using 1 c. of the tomato sauce and shape into long loaf. Using rest of the tomato sauce, add other sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over the meat loaf and bake at 350º for 1 ½ hours. Baste occasionally with sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
4 lb. makes a huge meat loaf. I generally split it and freeze half (including half the sauce). When I shape the meat loaf, I make a sort in indentation in the top so the sauce will stay on top of the meat loaf.
