1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. water
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan heat butter and water or a rolling boil. Remove from heat and quickly stir in extract and flour until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in whole eggs one at a time until smooth. Drop by teaspoon in a ball size on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425º for 5 minutes. Then reduce heat to 300º for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven during cooking time. Cut open to let the centers dry out and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Fill cooled puffs with vanilla pudding.
