2 lbs. chop meat
4 Eggs
1 Cup of grated parmesean cheese
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp of parsley
4 pieces of garlic chopped
2 ½ cups of seasoned breadcrumbs
2 cups of water
1 cup oil

Directions:

Mix all of the above together until the meat no longer sticks to your hands.
Heat oil
Dampen hands with water and begin to roll the meat medium size balls
Add to skillet and brown on all sides
