2 C. Flour
2 C. Water
6 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, water, eggs and salt to make a thin, smooth batter,
Lightly grease a griddle or a small frying pan and heat. When pan is warm, pour about 1/4 C. batter into the pan. Cook until top forms a film. Remove to a baking sheet in a warm oven, place parchment between sheets as you stack them.

To use these shells, fill them with desired filling and roll them. Place them seam side down in your baking dish and cover them with desired sauce.
