1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, room temp.
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. Dutch cocoa
1/2 t. salt
1 caramel squeeze topping
1 bar dairy white chocolate, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, butter,egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Continue beating until just mixed. Refrigerate dough at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with baking paper. Form dough into small balls. Put cookies on sheet. Using your thumb, make a print in center of each dough ball.
Bake 10-12 min. Remove from oven and immediately repress center of cookie with thumb(careful-will be hot!) Squeeze a small dollop of caramel cream into each warm cookie. Let cookies cool completely. Melt white chocolate. Drizzle over cookies using a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
