24 oz bottle pf ketchup
3 tbsp worstershire
3 tbsp butter
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pot roast with salt and pepper and a little water for 3-4 hours at 350. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmerfor 10-15 min. Chop your roast and pour over BBQ sauce. Put back in a low oven for 1 hour and bake with sauce.
