1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C.. Lemon Juice
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. ground Dry Mustard
1 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
4-6 oz. Salmon Steaks

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow glass container, combine all of the ingredients, except the salmon; mix well.
Set aside 1/2 C. of the sauce for basting and refrigerate.
Add salmon to remaining marinade; cover and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours, turning once. Drain and discard marinade.
Place the salmon on a broiler pan or on the grill. Cook 3-4 in. from the heat for 5 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade; turn and cook for another 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with marinade.

I prefer to grill salmon, if you do too, here is how: Lightly oil the grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
