2 large cans of yams
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar

Topping Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour (actually a little less)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for main dish together in kitchen aid mixer and let mix for 2 minutes. Then pour mixture into 8x13 baking dish.
Mix together ingredients for topping and place dollops on top of main dish 1 dollop/sq. inch. Then place in oven uncovered for 40 minutes at 375 F.
