1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place in 1 1/2 quart corning casserole dish. stir in mixture good and cook on high for 5 minutes. take out and stir. Put back for 2 minutes on high. take out and add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir good and put back in microwave for 1 minute on high. Spray cookie sheet with oil and place on low heat with stove burner. take out add 1 tsp baking soda, stir lightly and pour on warm cookie sheet it will foam . when cool break into pieces.
