1 can eagle brand milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup whipping cream whipped, combine milk, fold in whipped cream

Sour cherries, drain juiice

over low heat cook cherry juice, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 T cornstarch over low heat until thickens
add cherries and food coloring
cream mixture and chill
