10 T. Flour
2 tsp. Olive Oil
Romano Cheese
Finely Chopped Parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat yokes until pale, slowly add flour, olive oil, parsley and cheese.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yoke mixture.
Pour into large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake 350º for f10-15 minutes. Cool and cut into tiny squares.©
