Directions:
Crust:
Mix all ingredients together. Reserve ~ 2 Tbsp. of mixture and set aside. Press remaining ingredients into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Filling:
Blend cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 3/4 of this mixture onto cooled crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill. Reserve remaining cream cheese mixture, cover and place in the refrigerator..

In a glass bowl, dissolve jello in the boiling water. Stir in the frozen strawberries until they break apart and are well blended with the jello. Carefully, pour jello mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in pan.
Chill in refrigerator until jello layer is set.
Spread reserved cream cheese mixture evenly over the jello layer.
Just before serving, sprinkle reserved pretzel mixture evenly over the top.

Personal Notes:
This is a family favorite and can be time consuming to make, but it is well worth it. *Raspberry jello and frozen raspberries can be used in place of the strawberries.
