1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1-1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp Bird's custard powder
Filling: 3/4 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tbsp corn syrup
1/2 cup butter

Base:Combine ingredients.Spray pan with oil. Press into Jelly Roll pan 15"cookie sheet.. Bake 350º for 10 minutes. While warm spread 1 cup cranraisins and toasted almond flakes over base.
Then mix glaze together and simmer 5 minutes and pour over base,then melt white Baker's chocolate and dribble over the top,cool and let set ,and cut.
