1-1/2 lbs. liver
1 lb. pork
1 small onion.
2 slices of bread
1 cup milk
2 T. flour
1/2 t. pepper
3 eggs
1 T. salt
1/4 t. allspice
1/4 t. cloves
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Grind until fine: Liver, pork and onion. Add 2 slices of bread soaked in milk. Add: Flour, spices and eggs. Beat well. Bake in loaf pan set in pan of shallow water. Cover with strips of bacon. Bake for two hours in moderate oven.

Chopped anchovies may be added to taste.
