1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 14oz. can artichoke hearts (chopped)
1 cup parmsean cheese
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonaise and parmesean cheese together. Add artichoke hearts. Squeeze excess water from thawed spinach. Add spinach. Mix all ingredients well. Spread mixture into small baking pan. Top with monterey jack cheese. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes.
