1 large tub ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3 cups mozarella cheese divided
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1/4 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 recipe marinara sauce
1 box manicotti

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses, eggs and spices well. Boil manicotti per package directions and cool. Fill noodles with spoon or piping bag and place in baking dish. Add marinara sauce on top, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and add remaining 2 cups mozarella. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
