1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (NOT marinated)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips (pita chips are also good!)
