1 Large cup green asparagus
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup mushrooms
breadcrumbs
Cream Sauce
1 1/2 T butter
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/2 T flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer casserole with asparagus, eggs, almonds, mushrooms, and cheese.
Cook cream sauce until thickens and pour over asparagus mixture
sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter
cook at 350º for about 30 mins.
NOTE: our family has usually made this without the almonds, raisins and mushrooms and we use canned asparagus.
