1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2-4 tbsp lemon juice ( fresh or Real Lemon)
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, butter, confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup flour. Press on bottom of ungreased 8x9 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine egg, sugar, salt and lemon. Set aside. Combine remaining flour, and baking powder mix with lemon mixture. Spread on hot baked layer. Bake at 325-350º for 25-30 minutes until done. Cool and sprinlkle with confectioner's sugar.
