3 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp butter
1/2 onion minced
1 pint heavy cream
2 cups mexican cheese blend
8 oz cream cheese
1 small can green chilis
8 large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and shred. Saute onions in butter and add cream cheese until melted. Add green chilis and chicken, stir until the entire mixture is blended well. Put filling into flour tortillas and place seam side down in baking dish. Cover with heavy cream and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until cheese is browned and casserole is bubbly.
