1 chuck roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion sliced
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 can beef broth


Directions:
Directions:
Make a dry rub with the spices. Cover your roast with spices and put into a baking dish or crock pot. Cover with onions, soup, beef broth and at least one can of water. Bake at 300 for 4-5 hours or on medium in crock pot all day or overnight.
