For the dough:
3/4 c. white flour
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
6 Tbsp. olive oil
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

For the topping:
1/2 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces and fried (not crisp)
3-4 large onions, cut into rings and fry in bacon grease until soft but not brown
2 c. shredded cheese
Pepper

For the sauce:
3/4 c.. whipping or table cream
Pinch of salt
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Mix dough ingredients well and spread out onto a greased jelly roll (10"x15") pan like a pizza crust.

Fry bacon and then onions in a frying pan, drain of excess juices, and spread bacon/onion mixture on top of dough.

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top of onion mixture.

Shake a thick layer of pepper on top of cheese.

Combine cream, salt, and eggs and beat together by hand. Ladle over cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
