1lb penne
2 T olive oil
12 oz hot italian sausage, casing removed
2 cloves garlic crushed
3 T peppered Vodka
1 1/2 C tomato sauce
1 can black pitted olives, halved
4 large basil leaves
2 C Fontina cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375

Cook penne al dente.

Brown sausage, in a deep pan add garlic. Add vodka, let burn off by 1/2. Add tomato sauce, olives, basil. Cook for 3 minutes. Mix in 1 C cheese, pour all into a casserole dish, sprinkle 1 C cheese on top, and bake for 20 minutes.
