2 1/2 cups milk heated
3 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
pinch of salt
3 Egg Yolks
For chocolate add 2 Tbsp Cocoa
For Coconut add 1/2 cup shredded coconut after pudding thickens

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk. Mix remaining ingredients together until smooth. Add small amounts of heated milk to the mixture until smooth. Mix well then pour mixture back into the pan. Heat until thickens. Optional: add a pat of butter when done.
