2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. mozarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. cream cheese
dash garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
seedless raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 7 ingredients and press into a shallow dish lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Turn out onto a platter and spread top with a thin layer of jam before serving. This can easily be molded into a shape. Serve with crackers.
