2 can white kidney beans drain
1 large onion sliced
1cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp cumin
dash of red pepper or to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add the oil, onion, and sautè with salt, cumin, and red pepper for 10 min. Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste, stir to mix. Add the beans and cover to simmer for 10 min. Serve hot or cold and dip with pita bread.
