2 Packages LOUISA BEEF RAVIOLI (20oz) (or sub other raviolis)
1 jar tomato pasta sauce (28oz) -- Pick your favorite brand
1 cup half and half
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. provel cheese
1 oz. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil. In a small sauce pan melt the butter, then add flour. Stir to make a roux. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Heat half and half in the microwave until warm, slowly add to the roux making sure to stir well. Make sure all the roux is mixed in the sauce. Heat until thickened. Simmer for one minute, set aside.

Boil ravioli for 3 -4 minutes. Heat pasta sauce in large skillet, add cream sauce. Drain ravioli and toss with sauce. Pour into casserole dish and spread provel and parmesan cheeses over the top. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
