2 c. shortening (I use butter flavored)
1/2 c. powdered nondairy creamer (I use Coffee Mate French vanilla)
1 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg. (32 oz) confectioners sugar
1/2-3/4 c. water
food coloring optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat the shortening, creamer and extract. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar. Add enough water until frosting reaches desired consistency. If desired, add food coloring. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months. Bring to room temperature before spreading.
