½ c. vegetable oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar until well blended. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Heat oven to 350º F. Use a non-stick cookie sheet or line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat pad. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon into powdered sugar, roll around to coat. Shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center. (Do not over bake) Remove from cookie sheet. Cool.
