Beef Stew meat (~5 lbs.)
Water
Boullion
onion

Noodles:
8 eggs
4 1/2 flour
salt
pepper
bouillon, chicken or beef

Directions:
Meat for soup: Put stew meat in crock pot and fill 3/4 of pot with water. Add onions and boullion, Set on low setting for 5-6 hours or overnight. Take meat out of broth and let cool.

Noodles: Put eggs in a and beat the eggs. Add 1 tsp salt, pinch of pepper, crush bouillon cubes into mix and add flour in slowly. Mix together and add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

Put lots of flour on table top and pour mixture onto table. Knead. Divide into 4 balls and let rest (15 minutes).

Roll out the dough making sure to flour table before using the rolling pin. Roll very thin and let rest about for about 15 minutes. Cut into strips the size you desire. Allow to dry.

When ready to complete soup, Heat broth from crock pot to boiling, add noodles and cook about 5-7 minutes.

After noodles are cooked put the meat in and you may have to add more water if it seems to thick. Season to your liking. (S&P, Lawrys seasoned salt, onion powder, etc.)
